Lucy is a chocolate sable Australian Labradoodle. Her fur is super soft, loose and wavy and has a red tint to it when you look at her in the sun. Lucy is a very small micro mini; she is only 12 pounds as an adult. Words don’t do justice when describing Lucy’s personality and temperament. Walking around town with Lucy is like walking with a celebrity. People can’t help but stop, stare, and take pictures with our little Lucy. Aside from being adorable, her dynamic personality draws people of all ages. She’s clever, social, and a spunky free-spirit – she lives up to her registered name, JoaLins Spicy Hot Chocolate! Lucy is truly a friend to all, but she is especially loyal to her guardian mom. Just like with all of our breeders, over the last several months Lucy had her hips and elbows x-rayed by our reproductive vet and those x-rays were sent to a national lab that reviewed the x-rays and determined that Lucy’s hips and elbows were in great shape. In addition, she went to a doggie ophthalmologist for an eye exam and her eyes were found to be normal. She has also been tested for all health-related genetic issues and passed all with flying colors! We do all of this testing to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that we have healthy Australian labradoodle puppies that will make an outstanding family pet. Just like all of our Australian Labradoodles, Lucy does not shed and she is allergy friendly. Lucy had her first litter of puppies in the fall and they were just gorgeous!
